🔵 A. Arbitration / Commercial / Civil Case Types


1. ARBEP – Arbitration Execution Petition

When an arbitrator passes an award, it must be enforced like a decree.
An ARBEP is filed to execute the arbitration award—attachment, sale of property, recovery of money, etc.


2. A.R.B.O.P – Arbitration Original Petition

Petitions related to arbitration, such as:
